This latest version of Tic Tac Toe allows play on a 2D board in 3 different sizes: 3x3, 4x4, and 5x5. Also play on the new 3D board in two different modes: First Row and Max Rows. Both modes provide both traditional and new ways to play along with the 3 different size boards to play on.

Go head to head against a computer player that makes their own moves, or play locally with another player sharing the screen.
